After Apple released the limited edition U2 Black iPod, the door opened for imitators to follow. Let's hope these ideas never even make it past the drawing board.

Ashlee Simpson iPod:
Special vocal equalizer plays a random voice track each and every song. Comes with free SNL tickets and a $50 gift certificate for "acid reflux" medicine. Also check out the special Ashlee Simpson Karaoke Edition.

Paris Hilton iPod:
It looks good, but does nothing. WARNING: Hard drive not included.

The iAight:
Rap-themed limited edition comes packaged in gold foil with $50 gift certificate to Burger King.

The Jacko Pod:
This special edition iPod comes out of the box black, but fades to white over time. NOTE: Only available in Mini size.

The W Pod:
Accepts user request for a particular song, pauses for 10 seconds, then plays whatever it wants while screen flashes the words " It's Hard Work!" Scroll wheel only spins to the right. NOTE: Only expect a C+ performance.

The Kerry Pod:
It automatically plays the tune you most want to hear but flips to another tune when someone else walks by. Comes with a free pair of flip-flops. NOTE: Your playlists change by themselves daily.

The jloPod:
Includes an extra large rear battery attachment.

The iDiddy:
This iPod comes with a special necklace attachment and is spiced up with lots of cubic zirconia "bling". iPod hood ornament adapter sold separately.

Lindsay Lohan iPod:
Takes two DD-size batteries in the front compartment for extended play time. Can also run on alcohol.

The iMSFT:
Preloaded with viruses, sloppy code, and vaporware. Includes a special BSOD function.

The Steve Balmer iPod:
Special docking system spins around in circles leaking sweat and repeatedly flashes "Developers!" on the LCD screen.

iSteve:
Capable of single handedly saving the music industry. Comes preloaded with Beatles' catalog. Caveat Emptor: you may be sued if you hit play!

Britney Spears iPod:
Pre-loaded with "Hear Comes the Bride" and has a spare wedding ring compartment for quickie ceremonies with wannabe white rappers. Comes pre-engraved with the word "White Trash " on the back.

FEMA iPod:
Intelligent design circuitry constantly primps and improves the appearance of this iPod, while thousands of people in New Orleans starve and swim in their own waste. ~sbonniol
