It seems like an innocent enough search phrase, right? What would you expect to find after searching for “girl scout cookies“? Maybe some Girl Scouts related merchandise and perhaps some cookies? Nope. How about sexy Girl Scout costumes, vaginal surgery supplies, and a 32 oz. bottle of wolf urine? Seriously, WTF Amazon?

Will Amazon Fix Their Strange Search Results For “Girl Scout Cookies”?
Part of the problem is, Amazon doesn’t sell Girl Scout Cookies yet. In the meantime, hopefully, someone at Amazon will see this blog post and fix their Girl Scout related search results.
Last year we saw a similar incident where Barack Obama Halloween masks were displayed on Amazon after you searched for the phrase “terrorist costume.” Thankfully they quickly stepped in and fixed that.
