Good news for Mac Netflix users. Now we can officially utilize Netflix’s “Watch Instantly” feature on our Macs. The Watch Instantly feature was previously only available for PC users
Watching instantly doesn’t affect the number of DVDs you get by mail and is included in your membership for no additional fee.
The Netflix “Watch Instantly” player uses Microsoft‘s Silverlight technology and requires Mac users to have an Intel processor. This means older Macs are out of luck.
