If you decide to add your boss as a Facebook friend, then you might want balance what public information you disclose there with a touch of professionalism. For example, don’t be stupid. Avoid publicly complaining about your boss or the company on your Facebook Wall unless you don’t mind getting fired via Facebook (#facebookfail). Remember your updates can be seen by all your virtual friends… including your boss.
