Atten.tv will track the clickstream of users to offer up a unique data set based in its members in order to create their network. This service can be used to see what’s popularly viewed on the web, as well as measure the success of your own video broadcast online. Users can create groups of networks, add other users to their favorites list, and rate them as well. Individual users’ clickstreams can even be recorded, as well as a group’s clickstream. With Atten.tv, you can also see who is watching you.
Atten.tv is only available to be downloaded on Macs, so I have yet to experience their beta version in full. From what I can see, this social network would be made up of people looking to measure the success video broadcast. Otherwise, Atten.tv seems best suited for businesses looking for market research, which would inherently be limited to the sample size and demographic provided from their user base.
