If you’ve ever had to do any customer service work or moderate blog or Facebook comments, then you’ll really appreciate this. An Austin’s Pizza customer placed an online order and added the following message in the notes section: “Please draw a unicorn fighting a bear on the pizza box.” Keeping customers happy is important, so you have to appreciate this funny Customer Service response.

Funny Customer Service Response Wows The Internet
Most businesses would ignore this silly request and just deliver the pizza. But not Austin’s Pizza. They emailed the customer and politely explained to them that the store staff doesn’t have the required art skills to fulfill the request. However, Chad Frierson, assistant call center manager from Austin’s Pizza, took on the task himself. Here’s a screenshot of the email he sent the customer. If Chad’s boss is reading this, please give him a raise. Chad’s funny customer service response was an A+.
