We love Improv Everywhere. They assemble in large groups called “Flash Mobs” and pull the funniest public pranks (ie. Frozen Grand Central Station). For their latest effort called “Best Buy Uniform Prank”, 80 people all entered a Best Buy store in New York City wearing same exact outfit worn by their employees — blue polo shirts and khaki pants.
As you might imagine, Best Buy’s store managers were not happy. Best Buy‘s security guards called 911, but the police can’t arrest people just for wearing blue shirts. In the video you can see two NYPD officers talking and hear how annoyed they are for being called. It’s pretty funny.
Oh Best Buy, you’re so silly. Just be happy that Improv Everywhere didn’t pull this prank the week before Christmas or on Black Friday.
