Have you ever missed a flight before? Usually, it’s a pretty bad situation, especially if you have connecting flights. How did you handle it? Did you just take the next available flight or did you freak out and throw an adult temper tantrum at the boarding gate? If you chose the latter, then congratulations, you could be an Internet celebrity.
Woman Throws An Adult Temper Tantrum In Hong Kong Airport
The video clip below is of a hysterical passenger screaming and writhing on the floor after missing a flight from Hong Kong to San Francisco. The three-minute clip has become a YouTube sensation and racked up over a million video views in less than 4 days. Apparently, people really enjoy watching her adult temper tantrum and made the clip go viral.
The video starts with the screaming woman running towards the departure gate in HKIA (Hong Kong International Airport) and bouncing off a female security guard after she learns that the plane’s doors had already closed. When the woman realizes that she’s not getting onto the plane, she then starts banging a desk before collapsing to the floor and rolling around in tears.
Her epic adult temper tantrum lasts over 3 minutes.
What Is She Saying?
In case you want to know what she is saying, Digg user Terencec translated the conversation the woman had with the airport gate staff from Cantonese to English:
“The plane hasn’t even left yet so why is this happening… why is this happening.”
“Don’t worry, we will have another flight planned for you.”
How To Deal With Adults Throwing Temper Tantrums
I’m sure there are all sorts of medically proven ways to deal with adults throwing temper tantrums, but your best approach is probably to just ignore them. Maybe a friend of hers should recommend Prozac and convince her to leave for the airport a little earlier.
After a woman missed her flight, she threw an epic adult temper tantrum in the Hong Kong airport. Share on XI’m a dog owner that loves poetry, vampires, mountain biking, and cosplay. I’m open to ideas and still trying to figure my SFO life out one blog post at a time. LF ISO SWF GSOH SI DDF.
