Two NBC News Shows Set for Video Podcast

“NBC Nightly News” and “Meet the Press” are the first broadcast news programs to be offered on complete video podcast starting Tuesday. “Nightly News” will be available each evening at 10 p.m. ET, and “Meet the Press” will be available at 1 p.m. ET Sundays at www.podcasts.msnbc.com. The video podcasts, which will be free, can be downloaded directly to computers and or are portable through Apple’s iTunes and the new Microsoft Zune download services. MSNBC.com audio podcasts of both programs, which have been available since 2005, will remain available
