    OLYMPIC MEDALISTS & SKATING STARS GLIDE THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS BEGINNING THIS SATURDAY ON NBC 1October 25, 2007 – The most renowned stars in figure skating take to the ice for NBC Sports taped figure skating specials throughout the holidays beginning this Saturday with Glade Presents Mannheim Steamroller’s Halloween on Ice Starring Nancy Kerrigan at 4 p.m. ET. Dressed in their best costumes, Kerrigan and cast entertain the crowd to Mannheim Steamroller’s Halloween inspired tunes.

    In addition to Kerrigan, appearing this holiday season on NBC will be 1998 Olympic Gold Medalist Brian Boitano, 1992 Olympic gold medalist Kristi Yamaguchi, 1976 Olympic Gold Medalist Dorothy Hamill, 2006 Olympic silver medalist Sasha Cohen, three-time U.S. National Pairs Champions Jenni Meno and Todd Sand, four-time World Champion Kurt Browning, two-time U.S. National Champion Rudy Galindo, 1988 and 1994 Olympic gold medalist Ekaterina Gordeeva.

    Major musical acts including Seal, Barry Manilow, Clay Aiken, Wynonna & Naomi Judd, and The Temptations will provide the entertainment for these specials. The programs are all produced by NBC Sports in conjunction with Disson Skating.

    Following are the figure skating shows airing on NBC throughout December and February (all shows are taped at an earlier date):

    U.S. Olympic silver medalist Kerrigan leads an all-star cast of skating veterans in the Glade Presents Mannheim Steamroller’s Halloween on Ice skating special. The skaters don their best Halloween costumes as they perform to Grammy nominated Mannheim Steamroller’s Halloween sounds.

    On the ice with Kerrigan will be four-time World Champion and four-time Canadian National Champion Kurt Browning, 1996 World Champion and six-time U.S. National Champion Todd Eldredge, 2006 Olympic bronze medalist Irina Slutskaya, 1984 Olympic bronze medalist Jozef Sabovcik, 2003 World Ice Dance Champion and nine-time Canadian National Champion Shae-Lynn Bourne, eight-time British National Champion Steven Cousins, and two-time U.S. National bronze medalist Dan Hollander.
