Apparently, some jokester at the Canal Street subway stop in Manhattan got bored while waiting for their train and blacked out the “C” in Canal. I watched as several people on the subway platform pointed and snickered at the sign (present company included).
Is This Canal Street Or Anal Street?
I wonder how many people looked at the sign and thought to themselves, “WTF, this isn’t my stop.” Sometimes it can be dangerous to combine boredom with a Sharpie pen.
