The Google My Business screen for each location allows you to manage everything from your Google reviews to users for that location.
- Invite / Manage users
Invite New Users (Optional)
If there is only one user listed, you, then you will need to invite other people to help manage your Google My Business account.
- Click on Add Users
- Enter the new manager’s Gmail address or non-Google email address, choose a role and send them an invitation
- The new user will need to check their email and accept the invite
Choose The New Primary Owner
- Select the user you want to be the new Primary Owner. To the right of their name, will be a menu with options to change user roles.
- Select “Primary Owner” as their new role
Just a word of caution, only give someone that your fully trust Primary User access to your account. The Primary User will have the ability to lock you out of the account.
