The SyFy Channel is using Twitter to help promote its new TV series called Eureka. One of the show’s characters, a smart home called S.A.R.A.H., now has her own Twitter account. The character’s name is an acronym for Self Actuated Residential Automated Habitat.

S.A.R.A.H. on Twitter
For the past 2 weeks, S.A.R.A.H. has been “tweeting” and replying to her followers. So far more than 1,300 Eureka fans are “following” S.A.R.A.H. on the microblogging service. We like what we’ve seen so far from the account. It’s a good mix of fan engagement, humor and promotional messages.
Is S.A.R.A.H. Smart Enough to Fix Twitter?
While writing this article we had multiple interruptions on Twitter. The service keeps going down for being over capacity. Perhaps S.A.R.A.H. can give Twitter CEO, Biz Stone, some tips on how to keep the Twitter fail whale away.
