Is it me, or could LinkedIn have used a more “appropriate” thumbnail for this Inc.com article? LinkedIn article thumbnails are automatically cropped. But this inappropriate combination of a woman’s breasts and the headline of “Best Way To Introduce Yourself” was awkward. Some people on social media were even calling the faux pas “Breast Way To Introduce Yourself” or Breastgate.
Search LinkedIn for the Inappropriate Thumbnail
We sent a note to LinkedIn letting them know about this unfortunate thumbnail cropping. Hopefully it’s fixed by now. Do you see the same image? Try searching for the Inc.com article on LinkedIn.
Hat tip @jaevenas14
you’re obviously a man and have no right commenting here. im sick of men staring at my breasts when they talk to me and i agree with the author. LinkedIn should have used a different image with the headline “best way to introduce yourself.”
About 50% of our species is female and I’m not sure whether you’ve noticed this, but MOST WOMEN HAVE BREASTS !!!
The fact that you think that a picture of the upperbody of a woman (wearing clothing) is inappropriate says more about you than about LinkedIn.
put your best breast forward…. ha ha ha ha!!!!
