In an effort to help gain market share and boost sales, Sony announced a new combo pack for their Sony PSP (Playstation Portable) gaming system. The new PSP Giga Pack ($299) includes (1) Sony PSP, (1) USB Cable, (1) 1GB Memory Stick PR0 Duo, (1) battery pack, (1) AC adaptor, and (1) PSP Stand.
PSP Giga Pack Ships WIth The Old PSP Firmware
However, the PSP included with the PSP Giga Pack will have the old 2.0 version of the Sony PSP firmware. So you’ll need to upgrade your PSP firmware to the new 2.5 version yourself.
1GB Of Memory
Including a 1GB memory card with the PSP Giga Pack is a nice touch. Just imagine all of the media that you can put on it. I can’t wait to start ripping videos off of my TiVo.
