If you’re both a wine drinker and a cyclist, then this wine opener hack is perfect for you. Here’s how to open a bottle of wine with a bike pump.
Cool Wine Opener Hack: How To Open A Bottle Of Wine With A Bike Pump
This is a great wine bottle hack if don’t have a wine corkscrew handy. All you need is a bike pump and an inflation needle to get the cork out. When you pump air into the bottle of wine, the pressure will help force the corkscrew out. Needless to say, you shouldn’t try this wine corkscrew hack on older or rare bottles of wine. There is a chance that the pressure could cause the glass to shatter.
NERD NOTE: You should always store a bottle of wine on its side. When laid on its side, the wine will stay in contact with the cork and keep it from drying out and shrinking. If a wine cork shrinks, then it will let air into the bottle and ruin the wine.
