Remembering Ol’ Blue Eyes – Happy Birthday #FrankSinatra

Frank Sinatra

Today, December 12th 2011, would have been Frank Sinatra‘s 96th birthday. People all over the world, though, have collectively enjoyed more than 96 years’ worth of his music. Classic songs such as “New York, New York,” “Strangers In The Night,” “Fly Me To The Moon,” and “My Way” still resonate with people of all ages. His award winning performance in From Here to Eternity and the great reviews for his role in The Manchurian Candidate still earn praise today. Who can forget his group of cronies, the famous Rat Pack, featuring members including Frank, Sammy Davis Jr., & Dean Martin, amongst others? You’ve only got to watch Ocean’s Eleven (the original) to see the charm these classic crooners had. We salute the man, the myth, and the legend of Frank Sinatra, and today, on his 96th birthday, we are thankful he left us with such an amazing collection of songs that have withstood the test of time.
