Move over spinach. Looks like Popeye can get more nutrition from broccoli. According to an article posted on ecohealthy.me, British scientists unveiled a new breed of “super broccoli”. This super vegetable has been specially grown to contain up to 3x the normal amount of a nutrient believed to help prevent heart disease called glucoraphanin.

If true, we have no doubt that broccoli might start showing up on menus everywhere. Broccoli pizza and omelets are already commonplace. But what about broccoli sushi? Broccoli ice cream? Broccoli toothpaste? OK sorry, that last one sounds kind of gross.
