When the Police start yelling “Get down on the ground” at you what should you do? (A) Hit the dirt and put your hands behind your head, or (B) stand around and look stupid? This guy from the American news show “Dateline: To Catch A Predator” opted to stand around and ended up getting zapped with a taser. Unfortunately, there was a taser malfunction and he got a very uncomfortable take-down. The show is an undercover series where they bust adults trying to have sexual encounters with underage kids.
Dateline To Catch A Predator: Taser Gun Incident
In this video from NBC News, the perp unknowingly shows up at a “Dateline To Catch A Predator” sting house looking for a sexual encounter with an underage teen he met in a chat room. After the host, Chris Hansen pops out and basically tells him that he’s on national TV, the guy tries to put on his shoes and walk out the front door to freedom. But the cops are outside and shot him with a taser gun when he tries to run away. The guy then starts crying.
