We all know soda is bad for us. Some places, like New York City, even ban or regulate soda in similar ways as cigarettes or alcohol. But exactly how bad is soda? Soda sugar content is very high. By the numbers, a 590 ml bottle of Coke contains 65 grams of sugar. A liter has 108 grams. But Pepsi is even sweeter. 69 grams of sugar in a 591 ml bottle and 112 grams in a liter.
