Kevin Rose’s popular Diggnation podcast came to New York City on Thursday for a live taping of its 206th episode. Co-hosts Kevin Rose and Alex Albrecht did their standard routine of reviewing popular links from Digg, the social-news site Mr. Rose founded.
However, the show was more raucous than usual and included frequent audience participation, a volley of Klondike bars and t-shirts into the audience, and a surprise interview with “To Catch a Predator” host Chris Hansen about his new TV show.
Chris Hansen Makes A Surprise Appearance On The Diggnation Podcast
Mr. Hansen joined Kevin Rose and Alex Albrecht at the end of the live episode taping for a mock predator-catching conversation. Hansen made an appearance Diggnation to help promote his new Sin City-based show “Vegas Undercover,” which begins June 15, 2009.
Hansen was obviously prepared to speak to the tech-savvy Diggnation audience and made sure to promote his website, hansenfiles.com, and his Twitter name, @chrishansen.
